What is Spiritual Coaching/Counseling?
The spiritual coaching session focuses on you and your spiritual development. Spirit is that part of self that is linked to the Divine, Universal Force, God, Goddess, Light Beings, no matter the title, it is still the same, a Universal Source. The development of spirit is not something that is done, it already is. You learn to listen to the spiritual part of you, the "higher self" through coaching sessions. Developing a "routine" of sorts that works with you daily. Through this daily ritual you will learn to connect to spirit and find the guidance you are seeking. The higher self or spiritual self has the answers, does not doubt, understands the consequences of every decision without having to analyze it. Spiritual coaching guides you to trust your higher self.If you remember nothing else, remember this: Nothing works unless you work it. You are the action figure in your life.
The options to spiritual coaching sessions includes "pay as you go," or a monthly package. The "pay as you go" fee is $60, the monthly package includes two sessions, bi-weekly, the fee is $110. Each session is 45 minutes and may be conducted via chat or phone. Or if you prefer to receive email sessions, the fee is $70. Email sessions provide you insight, writing suggestions, and other suggestions with a request for you to follow up with progress reports or issues you are having. Each email session includes two emails. The first one is the information you can use to begin immediately, the next one is a response to your progress report. If more is required we can discuss the follow up fees.

What is Kundalini Reiki?
To begin, Kundalini is the energy within each living thing. Translated the word Kundalini means coiled. The reference used most commonly is a cobra in the resting pose, coiled and relaxed. When called out it begins to rise, gaining height as it rises. Kundalini rises up through the chakras, slowly moving through each, balancing the energy. When it reaches the crown chakra the cobra's head is fanned out and remains still. If you were to visualize this it could look like the cobra's head is a hood over the back of your head. When Kundalini energy rises many things can occur. From a sensation of excitement, anxiety, light headiness, and in some cases disorientation and hallucinations. The worst symptoms occur when the Kundalini is called by someone who is inexperienced in dealing with this type of energy.What is Reiki?
Reiki is pronounced ray-key. Reiki is a healing energy source. A Reiki practitioner can offer healing over long distance or in person. There is no distance too great. The results from Reiki ranges from a slight tingling sensation in the body part receiving the energy to nothing at all. Because you may not feel anything at first does not mean you have not received it or are not benefiting from it. Some people report instant relief and renewed energy, while others report feeling nothing or any improvement.Who will benefit from Kundalini Reiki Healing?
The only ones who may receive benefits from receiving a Kundalini Reiki energy healing is one who is open to receiving. Before the energy sent may be of benefit the person it is intended for must accept it. If you do not accept it then there is no benefit. As stated earlier there are those who will attain no change. This may happen for a variety of reasons. The first and most important to me is that you are not ready to heal that which is ailing you. The other is that the energy is received where it is most needed. You may wish to have a sprained ankle healed, but the energy may find that your imbalance that could have caused the sprain needs healing instead. In other words the sender and receiver are not in control of where the energy goes.Requesting Healing
